However, given that every unit is assembled and inspected manually, and considering the transit process involved in shipping goods from the factory to the end user, we cannot guarantee a 100% defect-free rate. Based on our past experience, the defect rate reported by customers typically falls within the range of 0.1% to 0.3%. Consequently, at the time of shipment, we provide our customers with a corresponding quantity of spare units, tailored to the specific product being supplied.
