Injection Molding Facility
Featuring 15 advanced injection molding machines with tolerances under <0.02 mm. Supports multi-material and multi-color customization, with spray coating and plating options to ensure eco-compliance and premium quality.
10+ Production Lines
Monthly capacity of 1 million units. Flexible production scheduling across multiple processes, with standardized workflows ensuring high efficiency and strict quality control.
In-House Tooling Workshop
Equipped with 20 advanced mold-making machines, with an annual output of 5,000+ molds. Precision reaches <0.01 mm, supporting rapid prototyping and customization. Mold development lead time is as short as 15 days.
In-House Tooling Workshop
High-precision printing equipment supporting premium finishes including embossed effects, metallic luster, and gradient colors. Uses UV printing and eco-friendly water-based inks to ensure stable, long-lasting color performance.
