In-House Tooling Workshop
Equipped with 20 advanced mold-making machines, with an annual output of 5,000+ molds. Precision reaches <0.01 mm, supporting rapid prototyping and customization. Mold development lead time is as short as 15 days.

High-precision printing equipment supporting premium finishes including embossed effects, metallic luster, and gradient colors. Uses UV printing and eco-friendly water-based inks to ensure stable, long-lasting color performance.

Extreme Reliability Verification
- Special lab simulates the full product lifecycle.
- Conduct 58+ destructive tests, covering key items such as accelerated aging and high and low temperature cycling.
Data-driven Continuous Optimization
Building a quality big data platform to collect over 2,000 process parameters daily. The abnormal warning system responds quickly, achieving a 48-hour closed-loop improvement of quality issues.
