Are you a Japanese-owned enterprise?
We are a local Chinese enterprise. However, in the early days of our establishment, our business primarily focused on the Japanese market, and we established a branch office in Japan in 2015.
What are the company’s vision, mission, and 5-year plan?
Our core values are “Character First, Customer Supreme, Shared Responsibility, and Efficient Win-Win.” Our mission is to focus on innovation and effectiveness, pursue the ultimate user experience, and maximize brand commercial value. Our 5-year plan is to continuously provide the market with effective medical and beauty care products, with the vision of becoming a first-class enterprise with global competitiveness.
How many sales representatives does your company have?
Our company currently has over 20 professional sales representatives ready to provide you with high-quality service at any time.
What are the core advantages of your company?
Our greatest advantages lie in product quality and innovation. Regarding the production environment, we use dust-free workshops from injection molding to assembly. For quality, we insist on 100% full inspection before shipment, 100% aging tests for charging products, and our inspection standards align with German TUV. In terms of innovation, we develop and launch over 15 new products annually and hold multiple invention patents.
Which of your products are exclusively distributed (monopolized)? In which regions?
Different regions have different exclusively distributed products. For example, in the Japanese market, the exclusive models are 8676, 1786, and 1826; in the European market, it is 1888; in the Korean market, they are 1931 and 1775. Generally, we do not recommend exclusive distribution for new products right away. The specific volume requirements for exclusive distribution will be negotiated based on different markets and product attributes.
We are visiting from abroad and have a tight schedule. Can you arrange meetings on weekends (Saturday, Sunday)?
Our regular working schedule alternates between one and two days off per week, with Sundays off. However, considering you are traveling from afar, we are more than happy to accommodate your schedule. Please let us know your itinerary, and we can readily arrange receptions and meetings for you over the weekend.
Regarding ODM projects, I only have a concept, no physical sample, and no 3D drawings. Can you provide a quote first?
We apologize, but that is quite difficult. Even for products in the same category, differences in internal structure, dimensions, and craftsmanship design can lead to massive variations in tooling costs and unit prices. Without specific parameters, an offhand quote offers no practical reference value. We suggest you share your target budget with us first; we can tailor a product design based on that, and provide an accurate quotation once the design is completed.
If we do an ODM project with you, can you help us apply for patents?
Absolutely. We can assist you with the relevant patent applications. However, all official and agency fees incurred during the process (such as patent fees and annual fees) will need to be covered by your company.
Can we contact your engineers directly to discuss technical details?
We apologize, but to ensure efficient and unified communication, our only external business window is the Sales Department. Your dedicated sales representative will coordinate all internal team resources (including engineers) to resolve any technical issues for you.
Can you help us design the packaging and LOGO? What are the standard packaging options, can they be changed, and why is customized packaging more expensive?
Certainly. Our OEM and ODM project services include product packaging structure design and LOGO visual design. Standard packaging formats include “color box + blister tray + instruction manual” or “color box + paper tray + instruction manual.” If you have branding needs, we can also customize various formats, such as rigid boxes and PVC boxes. All packaging materials are purchased externally, and we quote based on the actual procurement cost. If you find the cost of customized packaging high, you may also choose to provide the packaging materials yourself.
Do you manufacture for other brands? Can you show me photos? Can you sell them to us?
We do provide manufacturing services for many brands, but according to confidentiality agreements, there are two scenarios: For ODM projects, we maintain strict confidentiality; we cannot show photos nor sell them to third parties. For OEM projects, we can show you product photos, but finished goods bearing the client’s brand cannot be sold to third parties. If you wish to purchase the same model and apply your own brand, that is possible, provided you supply a brand authorization letter.
Are the molds developed in your own factory? How long is the general R&D cycle?
Yes, the molds are independently developed in our own factory. Only certain surface treatment processes (like polishing and grinding) are outsourced. Generally, the R&D cycle for a new product is about 3 to 4 months, depending on the complexity of the product.
Why is your tooling quotation higher than your peers? I have no quality requirements, I just want a low price.
The investment cost of a mold directly determines its mass production lifespan, the precision of product assembly, and the surface texture. If mold quality is sacrificed in the early R&D stages, it will be difficult to produce qualified products later, and the mold will easily break. Since you are investing in tooling to bring a new product to life, you surely want it for long-term production. Therefore, we apologize that we cannot accept tooling orders that solely pursue low prices at the expense of quality.
Under what conditions can the tooling fee be refunded? Can the prototype fee be refunded?
We have a clear refund policy for tooling fees: if the cumulative order volume for the product reaches 200,000 units within 1 year, we will refund half of the tooling fee; when it reaches 400,000 units, we will refund the other half. However, the prototype fee is paid to professional external factories for handmade production, which is a non-recoverable cost, so it cannot be refunded.
Can we transfer our existing molds to your factory for production?
Theoretically, yes. However, transferring molds requires you to provide a complete mold inventory and layout list, and explain any issues encountered during previous production. In reality, the mold transfer process involves numerous agreements and running-in issues, easily causing a waste of manpower and resources. Therefore, we generally do not recommend the mold transfer production method.
What is the specific ODM process? Which materials are outsourced?
Whether you fully entrust us with the design or bring your own design files, the standard process is as follows: ① Draw appearance blueprints -> ② Make appearance prototypes -> ③ Draw structural blueprints -> ④ Make functional prototypes -> ⑤ Open molds -> ⑥ Test molds -> ⑦ Small-batch trial production -> ⑧ Mass production. Generally, the outsourced materials are mainly oil-sprayed and electroplated parts.
Can the product be quoted separately? Can you provide a BOM (Bill of Materials)?
Whether you fully entrust us with the design or bring your own design files, the standard process is as follows: ① Draw appearance blueprints -> ② Make appearance prototypes -> ③ Draw structural blueprints -> ④ Make functional prototypes -> ⑤ Open molds -> ⑥ Test molds -> ⑦ Small-batch trial production -> ⑧ Mass production. Generally, the outsourced materials are mainly oil-sprayed and electroplated parts.
Will your company consider creating its own brand and retailing directly overseas?
Currently, we have no plans to create our own brand or distribute for direct retail overseas. Our core strategy remains focused on providing high-quality OEM and ODM services to our clients.
Does your company manufacture adult products?
We do not have an adult products series in our regular product line. However, because adult products share technological similarities with our existing products (such as motor vibration, waterproofing, and silicone), we have cooperated with clients on ODM projects for adult products. If you have such customization needs, we are fully capable of undertaking them.
Does your company manufacture adult products?
We do not have an adult products series in our regular product line. If you have such customization needs, we are fully capable of undertaking them.
At the beginning of our cooperation, can we sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)?
No problem. Whether a written agreement is signed or not, maintaining absolute confidentiality for our clients’ projects is our most basic professional ethic. We are very happy to sign an NDA with you.
Can I put your product pictures on our own Alibaba international site to sell?
We apologize, but because we also have our own official Alibaba international site, we do not support putting products we haven’t collaborated on directly onto your site for sale. However, if we reach a purchasing agreement later, you are absolutely welcome to publish the information of our partnered models on your website.
Do all your products have patents? Do you have patents abroad?
Yes, our products are patented, including domestic design patents, utility model patents, and copyrights. Some core products also have foreign patent certificates. We can provide detailed replies regarding the patent status of specific products based on your actual needs.
How many new products do you develop a year? What series are they?
In addition to customized ODM projects for clients, we independently develop 15-20 new products every year. The product series are primarily determined based on the latest market research and user needs.
Are phototherapy products just a gimmick? What are the scientific principles and effective time?
Phototherapy products are definitely not a gimmick; they are designed based on scientific principles. They utilize different wavelengths of LED light acting on the skin layers to achieve corresponding skincare effects. For example: Red light (631-760nm) for whitening; Yellow light (561-590nm) for skin rejuvenation; Blue light (451-490nm) for sterilization; Infrared light (>760nm) for wrinkle reduction. Seeing results from phototherapy is a long-term process that requires daily consistency. Currently, our phototherapy masks are undergoing a one-year clinical trial to provide more solid data support.
Why do the brushes of the rotary facial cleansing brush rotate both clockwise and counterclockwise?
Designing them to alternate between clockwise and counterclockwise rotation ensures even stress on facial muscles, preventing the development of an “asymmetrical face” caused by long-term pulling in a single direction.
What is the difference between ultrasonic technology and your oscillation technology? What about ordinary vibration versus rotation?
In terms of cleansing effectiveness, both ultrasonic technology and our micro-vibration oscillation technology can achieve deep cleansing with nearly identical results. Ordinary vibration feels gentler and is suitable for sensitive skin, while rotation technology provides stronger friction and a more direct sensation. You can choose based on the skin types and preferences of users in different regions.
What material are the bristles of the facial cleansing brush made of?
Our facial brushes mainly use high-quality PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) material. If you have special requirements for the bristles, we can also customize them for you.
What is the general durometer of silicone? Does a lower durometer mean it’s softer? Is there a difference in lead time?
The regular silicone hardness we use is 30-40 degrees. A lower durometer indeed means it is softer, but if it’s too low, it will affect the silicone’s toughness and lifespan, so it must be determined based on the specific product. There is no significant difference in lead time for different durometers; the lead time for standard models is about 20-25 days.
How do you prove that the product truly has ultrasonic functions?
In physics, sound waves with a frequency higher than 20,000 Hertz (Hz) are called ultrasonic waves. Ultrasound has strong penetrating power and can be measured and proven using professional acoustic testing instruments.
What is the positive and negative ion function? How is it proven?
Ions are electrically charged particles. Negative ions (anions) can penetrate the skin cell barrier to import skincare nutrients into the basal layer; positive ions (cations) use the principle of opposite attraction to export and metabolize dirt and waste from pores. For example, our 1357 ultrasonic skin scrubber uses positive ions for deep cleansing export and negative ions for deep absorption import.
Can your products add APP connectivity features?
Yes. If you have requirements for APP connectivity, we can arrange for our R&D department to communicate with your company, evaluate, and integrate this feature into existing or new products.
What are the differences between plastic shell surface treatments (UV coating, clear coating, water transfer, electroplating)?
* UV Coating: High hardness, scratch-resistant, excellent gloss, but higher cost. * Clear Coating: Bright color, good transparency, affordable, but not as hard as UV. * Color Coating: Mainly used for spraying colored paint. * Water Transfer Printing: Transfers patterns onto products via water immersion, suitable for complex designs. * Water Electroplating: Suitable for ABS/PC, strong adhesion, but limited colors (silver, gunmetal, gold, etc.) and temperature resistance (ABS only withstands 80℃). * Vacuum Plating: Eco-friendly, can achieve iridescent colors, high temperature resistance (up to 200℃), but complex process and higher cost. Usually requires a final UV coating to ensure adhesion.
Will the electroplating fade? Can it pass the nickel release test and directly contact the skin?
Normally, any electroplated product will experience some degree of wear and fading after long-term use. The specific duration depends on the plating process (vacuum or water plating) and the usage environment. Our electroplating processes have passed RoHS certification and can directly contact the skin. If your company requires passing the stricter “nickel release test,” we can adjust the process to meet it, though the corresponding cost will increase.
What is the lithium battery capacity of rechargeable products? How long to charge? How long does it last?
Battery parameters vary by product. Taking MR-1595 as an example, the battery capacity is 460mAh, taking 1 hour to fully charge using fast-charge mode. Once fully charged, it can be used about 60 times (3 minutes per use). For safety, the product cannot be turned on while charging.
What is the temperature of the hot and cold beauty device? Is it adjustable?
The set temperature for standard samples is: hot compress 42 degrees, cold compress 6 degrees (both with a ±2 degree fluctuation). Standard sample temperatures are not adjustable, but if you place a bulk order, we can reset the temperature program according to your needs.
What is the scrap rate for injection molded parts? Is the ABS raw material imported?
Our scrap rate for injection molded parts is kept within 5%, fully complying with environmental standards. The ABS raw materials used are all imported, available in solid colors or color-matched depending on product needs. The waste generated (sprues) is directly scrapped; we never mix recycled materials into new products.
How many people are in your Quality Department? Is it an independent department?
Our Quality Department is completely independent and mutually supervises the Production Department. Currently, it has over 20 quality inspectors, covering positions such as QE engineers, technicians, IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In-Process Quality Control), FQC (Final Quality Control), LQC (Line Quality Control), and OQC (Outgoing Quality Control).
What are the company’s inspection standards?
We adopt the internationally recognized AQL 1.0/2.5 inspection standards.
What testing instruments does the Quality Department have? Are there records?
We are equipped with a very comprehensive range of testing instruments, including: waterproof testing machines, constant temperature and humidity testing chambers, button life testers, salt spray testing machines, voltage and current testers, noise testing rooms, and simulated transportation vibration testers. All testing processes and results have real-time records.
Can we see your daily inspection reports?
Certainly. Our daily inspection reports are well-maintained and are available for your review at any time.
What is your historical defect rate for shipments? Do you provide spare parts for bulk orders?
Although we conduct 100% full inspection for appearance and function on the line, due to manual assembly and long-distance transportation, an absolute 100% yield rate cannot be guaranteed in the industry. Based on past experience, the defect rate reported by clients is usually between 0.1% and 0.3%. Therefore, when shipping bulk orders, we provide a corresponding number of free spare parts at a ratio of 0.1% – 0.3%.
Do you have a professional after-sales team?
Yes. We have a professional after-sales handling team and standardized customer complaint processes. If there are any abnormalities after the products are shipped, you can interface directly with me, and I will swiftly initiate our internal customer complaint process to resolve it for you.
Can we send someone to monitor quality on the assembly line during production?
Yes, you can. However, the specific arrangements need to be negotiated in advance based on the actual order situation and your requirements.
Can we visit your suppliers? Can we specify component suppliers?
We have a strict supply chain management system, and visits to some core suppliers can be arranged for your company. At the same time, we also accept your company specifying trusted suppliers for key materials.
Do you provide training for your employees?
Yes. Based on annual, quarterly, and monthly plans, we provide our employees with comprehensive training covering process standards, product knowledge, operational skills, quality control concepts, and on-site management techniques.
In which region are the suppliers for core materials like motors located?
To facilitate efficient supply chain management and rapid response, our suppliers for key materials (such as motors) are mainly concentrated in the Pearl River Delta region.
When providing samples, can you also provide the testing parameters?
Yes! Before leaving the factory, our samples undergo comprehensive testing according to specification requirements, and relevant testing parameters can be attached.
What certifications do your products have? Can you do FDA?
Our products can pass CE-EMC and RoHS certifications, and some products have FCC, UL, and 3C certifications. Regarding US FDA certification, if clients require it, we can provide all technical documentation on the product side to fully support your company in completing the registration.

Withstands 12.5L/min water flow for 3 minutes without water ingress. * IPX6: Powerful Water Jet Proof. Withstands 100L/min powerful water flow for 5 minutes without water ingress. * IPX7: Immersion Proof. Immersed in 1 meter of water for 30 minutes without water ingress.
Can your packaging materials provide FSC certification?
Yes, we can provide it. FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) is a globally recognized forest certification system. Using FSC packaging materials helps demonstrate a brand’s social responsibility towards environmental protection and sustainable development.
What certifications do the product adapters have?
Adapter certifications are usually equipped based on the client’s target market: North America (FCC, UL, ETL), EU (CE, RoHS, GS), China (CCC), Japan (PSE), Korea (KTL), Australia/New Zealand (A-Tick, C-tick, SAA).
How long is the after-sales warranty period? How is the freight calculated?
Products for overseas clients enjoy a one-year warranty after leaving the factory. We accept inspections by the client or a third party before shipment. If functional defects occur, you only need to send back 1-2 samples for us to test. Once the issue is confirmed, to save on high cross-border tariffs and freight, we usually replenish the corresponding number of brand-new products directly in your next bulk shipment.
How long is the production cycle? Can repeat orders be faster?
The initial order generally takes about 35-40 days. This is mainly because core materials like motors, batteries, and PCBAs have a longer lead time (about 25-30 days), and the first order requires repeated confirmation of details like color, craftsmanship, and packaging. For repeat orders, the lead time can be shortened to within 30 days. If you have urgent requirements, we can negotiate to prepare materials in advance to shorten the lead time.
Why is your quotation higher than the listed prices on Alibaba?
Alibaba is an online platform, and using extremely low prices to attract traffic is a common phenomenon; the listed prices there are for reference only. The quotation we provide you is a genuine cost accurately calculated based on your specific requirements, such as order quantity, appearance craftsmanship, and packaging materials.
Why is there such a big price difference for products with similar functions?
Prices are strictly calculated based on actual costs. Even if the functions are the same, differences in appearance craftsmanship, internal structural complexity, material quantity, and power supply methods will greatly affect the final manufacturing cost.
What are your payment terms? Can you do monthly settlement or L/C? Is payment against a copy of the B/L acceptable?
For nearly a decade, we have adopted a system of “30% advance deposit + 70% balance paid before shipment.” Currently, we mainly accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) payments and temporarily do not support L/C (Letter of Credit) or monthly settlement. As for payment against a copy of the B/L, it needs to be evaluated based on the client’s actual qualifications.
Can you accept third-party payments? Can we use an export credit insurance company?
Yes, we can. However, third-party payments incur certain handling fees. If your company is willing to bear these fees, we can accept third-party payments.
Why is the sample fee more expensive than bulk goods? Can you give me the bulk price?
We do not keep finished goods in stock. Small-batch sampling requires separate machine setup and mold testing, consuming a lot of labor and man-hours. The actual cost is much higher than the sample fee we charge. Please understand that when you officially place a bulk order, the difference in the sample fee can be used to offset the final balance.
Can we trade online via Alibaba or WeChat?
Small sample fees can be traded online via Alibaba or WeChat; however, bulk orders must be transacted strictly according to the payment methods stipulated in the contract (e.g., B2B T/T).
Can you pay the freight on our behalf, and we reimburse you later?
Yes, we can provide this convenient service for you.
Can you send me the quotation list for all products?
Because we have a wide variety of products, and some have similar functions but different appearances, sending a full quotation list blindly offers little reference value. We suggest you first let us know the functions or target user groups you are interested in, and then we will provide targeted recommendations and precise quotations.
How many points do you add for invoicing? Why are others lower than you?
We issue a 13% value-added tax (VAT) special invoice, adding 10 points to the unit price. Different industries have different tax rebate rates, and different companies have varying input invoice situations, so the added points will differ.
How long does sampling take? How is it charged?
Color sampling usually takes 10 working days. The fee depends on the complexity of the requirements. A single product may involve multiple sets of molds, and the man-hour costs incurred during sampling are very high.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? Can we place a trial order or a combined order?
The standard MOQ is 2,000-3,000 sets. For 2,000 sets and above, you can customize colors, LOGOs, and packaging. For the initial cooperation, we support a trial order of 1,000 sets, but it must use standard colors and craftsmanship. Subsequent repeat orders must follow the normal MOQ. Because we use standardized assembly line production, we temporarily do not accept combined orders.
Can I just buy product components?
If you have previously purchased our main devices, you can subsequently order accessories along with the main devices; if you have never purchased a main device, we do not sell components separately.
Will you buy insurance for the products?
For high-voltage products that plug directly into a power outlet, we uniformly purchase product liability insurance to ensure safety.
Which logistics companies do you cooperate with? Can you guarantee timeliness?
We have stable cooperation with large logistics companies like Ane and Deppon, and we can also use logistics designated by your company. Generally, delivery takes about 2 days within the province and 3 days outside the province. We will track the cargo status throughout the process and report to you in a timely manner, so you don’t need to worry about shipping and receiving.
How do we demonstrate product functions to end customers? Are there pictures or videos?
We have equipped every product with detailed user tutorials, manuals, and high-definition pictures. We can also customize exclusive PPTs for you and provide operational demonstration videos.
Can you help us with price protection?
Yes. We have strict Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies for our main products. We require all cooperating clients not to sell below the specified retail price, so you do not need to worry about market price disruption or vicious competition.
