When was your company established, and what is your current scale?
Hello! Our company was founded in 2008. Currently, we operate two factories located in Guangming, Shenzhen, and Huizhou, with a dedicated team of around 200 employees. For production, we are equipped with 6 assembly lines and 14 injection molding machines, fully realizing mechanized operations.
Why is your trademark named “NiceMay”?
Our factory was established in the beautiful month of May. We aim to bring a bright future and an excellent product experience to our clients, hence the name “NiceMay.”
What is the tonnage of your injection molding machines? What are their models and origins?
Our injection molding department has a total of 14 machines, with tonnages ranging from 55 tons to 268 tons. Machine No. 1 is a 55T Taifu servo vertical injection molding machine; the rest are Zhenhua servo energy-saving horizontal injection molding machines, covering various models including 88T, 128T, 168T, and 268T.
What is your company’s production capacity?
Our current monthly production capacity can reach 100,000 units, stably meeting the delivery needs of large-volume orders.

Can I visit your factory before placing an order?
Do you have a professional after-sales team?
We have a professional after-sales support team and established standard procedures in place. Should you encounter any issues or anomalies with the products once they have been shipped, please feel free to contact me directly; upon receiving your feedback, I will handle the matter in accordance with our customer complaint resolution process.
What is the procedure for after-sales support? What is the warranty period? Who covers the round-trip shipping costs?
Our company guarantees a one-year warranty on all products from the date of shipment. Prior to dispatch, products are available for inspection by the customer or a designated third party. Should any quality issues arise, we will negotiate a resolution based on the specific circumstances; this may involve providing replacement units in your next order. As returning samples from overseas incurs significant customs duties, we typically opt to ship replacement units alongside your next bulk order. For products exhibiting functional defects, we require you to return 1–2 sample units to us for testing and analysis.
Regarding ODM: Is it not possible for you to provide a quote based solely on my description? I currently have neither a physical sample nor 3D drawings. However, I absolutely need to have a price estimate in hand before I can proceed any further.
I apologize, but even for products within the same category, there can be significant variations in mold costs and unit prices—factors that are inextricably linked to a product’s specific design, structure, and dimensions. If we have nothing more than a conceptual idea to work with, it is extremely difficult to provide an accurate assessment; any off-the-cuff price quote offered at this stage would therefore hold no practical value as a reference for your actual investment costs.
May I ask if you have a preliminary budget estimate in mind for this project? We would be happy to proceed with the detailed product design based on your specific requirements, and then provide a formal quotation once the design phase is complete.
