Should any quality issues arise, we will negotiate a resolution based on the specific circumstances; this may involve providing replacement units in your next order. As returning samples from overseas incurs significant customs duties, we typically opt to ship replacement units alongside your next bulk order. For products exhibiting functional defects, we require you to return 1–2 sample units to us for testing and analysis.
Regarding ODM: Is it not possible for you to provide a quote based solely on my description? I currently have neither a physical sample nor 3D drawings. However, I absolutely need to have a price estimate in hand before I can proceed any further.

If we have nothing more than a conceptual idea to work with, it is extremely difficult to provide an accurate assessment; any off-the-cuff price quote offered at this stage would therefore hold no practical value as a reference for your actual investment costs.
May I ask if you have a preliminary budget estimate in mind for this project? We would be happy to proceed with the detailed product design based on your specific requirements, and then provide a formal quotation once the design phase is complete.
For the ODM projects we are conducting with you, could you assist us with the patent application process?
That is acceptable; however, your company must bear all associated costs (patent fees, annual fees).
How long is the production cycle? Why does it take so long? Do repeat orders take just as long?
The lead time for an initial order is typically around 35 to 40 days.
Key components—such as motors, batteries, and PCBAs—have relatively long lead times, averaging approximately 25 to 30 days. Furthermore, the first order involves numerous details requiring confirmation via pre-production samples—including product color, manufacturing processes, packaging materials, and other specifications.
For subsequent reorders, the lead time can be shortened, allowing for delivery within 30 days. If you have specific requirements regarding the order timeline, we can also coordinate the advance procurement of materials to further reduce the lead time.
What are your payment methods?
Our company operates on a payment system requiring a 30% upfront deposit, with the remaining 70% balance to be received prior to shipment.
Do you accept third-party payments? Is it possible to handle the shipment through a trade assurance provider?
Certainly. However, third-party payments incur a certain processing fee; if your company is willing to bear these fees, we can accept payment from a third party.
Why is the sample fee higher than the price for bulk orders? Is it possible to offer me the bulk price instead?
Our company does not maintain inventory; consequently, the production costs for small-batch samples are relatively high. Even when charging this fee, we still absorb a significant portion of the additional expenses ourselves.
